Esmee's love for dance and fitness was the intial inspiration that led her to  train as an Exercise to Music Instructor in 2002.  Following Esmee's success in achieving this qualification with distinction, she then furthered her career with Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Club, running sucessful classes in the Bath and Chippenham area.

Noticing considerable benefits from Pilates throughout her third pregnancy, Esmee went on to qualify as a Pilates teacher in 2003 with the Pilates Institute, and also undertook specific back-care training and postural analysis.

In October 2004 Esmee gained her qualification in Life-Coaching, a tool which has been invaluable with her 'one 2 one' clients.

Other training Esmee has undertaken includes;  Rachel Holmes Fitness Pilates Ideas and Kathryn Cullen Stability Ball Training.  In 2006 Esmee undertook further training to become an advanced Pilates instructor with Future Fit and completed her level three portfolio in March 2009.

Esmee has continued to deepen her knowledge and stay informed of the challenges and changes within the fitness industry. She is a member of Fit Pro, Choreography To Go, and Inner Idea, and is on the Register of Exercise Professionals to that of an advanced level three Pilates instructor.

Apart from running local community  classes, Esmee  has a wide variety of interests which include running, swimming, piano playing, gardening, singing, and spending time with her four children.

Esmee is committed to helping others incorporate a healthy life-style into their daily routine  and bringing out the best in them. She achieves this in a professional, sensitive and compassionate manner.  At present Esmee is invovled in undergoing further training to become a qualified Aromatherapist and Indian Head therapist with the goal to offer a complete package of 'pilates and pampering' to her clients.
