There are many reasons why individuals may opt to chose One- to- one Pilates training. Here are some of the most common:
Your first One-to-one session involves a postural assessment, which will help determine the nature of exercises and stretches most suited to your postural type and determine what your goals and aims are. Following this your instructor will work with you to help you achieve your goals. Your progress is monitored after each session and your instructor will provide you with a written record of what you have achieved well, and on which areas still need more practice.
All equipment is provided, this includes a mat, headrests, blocks if needed and other small pieces of equipment that may be used to enhance your learning and technique.
Generally all that is required is enough space for you to be able to lie down outstretched without restrictions.
Individual sessions start from £30 depending on time and location. There are options available to purchase a block of discounted training sessions, exceeding no more than 6 sessions. Please get in touch for more information.
