This class is specifically aimed at those who have little or no previous Pilates experience, as well as for those who wish to practice Pilates to help manage problems arising from postural imbalances. Where appropriate, progressions are offered either for the whole of the class or on an individual basis. You can expect to learn the principles of Pilates and work at integrating them into the session and beyond!

It is desirable that those attending this class have at least six months experience in practicing the Pilates technique. This session will challenge your ability to apply the Pilates principles with more advanced movements. Learning to pace yourself and listen to your body is a key skill for this class, however modifications to lower intensity are also offered which you will may be encouraged to take. This class may also be suitable for those who already possess a good level of fitness from other exercise disciplines, or for those wishing to enhance their sporting performance

This popular class is aimed at all fitness levels and is a must for those who like variety in their workouts! This promises to be a fun fat burning and body conditioning class enabling you to benefit from an improved cardiovascular system, increased muscle tone and awareness of your postural alignment! Get to learn how to work with the stability ball and find out how it can strengthen and challenge your core and balance. Here you will have the opportunity to vary your Pilates workouts with traditional mat work, bands and the Stability ball. You’ll leave ready to face the weekend feeling streamlined, toned, calm and in control!
All levels of ability welcomed. Stability ball not provided however a good quality stability ball can be purchased for you – suited to your own height.
